Privacy policy

This policy explains how Selerity ("we", "us") handles personal information when you visit selerity.co, place an order or contact us. By using the store you agree to it.

Information we collect

• What you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping address, the items you order, your account details (email and an encrypted password), your messages in our forms, and your email preferences.
• Collected automatically: IP address (which gives us an approximate location), browser and device type, pages viewed, the site or ad you came from, and cookies.
• From our partners: payment status from Stripe, and delivery tracking from Amazon and the carriers.

We never see or store your full card number: card payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use it

To take and ship your order, process the payment and prevent fraud; to send order emails (confirmation, shipping and tracking); to answer your questions and handle returns; to run your account; to understand how the store is used and improve it; to send marketing emails if you agreed; and to meet legal and accounting requirements.

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep your cart and account working. A small first-party cookie remembers where you came from (a search engine, a link or an ad) for up to 90 days so we know which source an order came from. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Your browser may send a "Do Not Track" signal; the store does not change its behavior because of it, but you can refuse cookies in the banner or in your browser settings.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who work for us, and only what they need: Stripe (payments); Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and delivery carriers such as UPS, USPS and FedEx (your name, address and phone number, to pack and deliver the order); our website hosting and email providers; and advertising and analytics providers if you accepted their cookies. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in a sale of the business.

We do not sell your personal information for money. If advertising cookies (for example from Google or Meta) are switched on, California and some other states may treat that as "sharing" for targeted advertising. You can turn it off in the cookie banner or ask us to opt you out.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for delivery, returns, accounting and tax rules (usually up to 7 years), then deleted or anonymized. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising, and not to be treated worse for using these rights. In the last 12 months we collected identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address), commercial information (orders), internet activity (pages viewed, source of the visit) and approximate location from the IP address. We do not collect sensitive personal information other than payment data handled by Stripe.

To use a right, write to us through the contact form, by email to Selerityunitedstates@gmail.com, on Telegram or Instagram (selerity.gaming), and name the email address used for your order. We may ask you to confirm your identity, we answer within 45 days, and an authorized agent can make a request for you with your written permission. You can also opt out of marketing emails with the unsubscribe link in every email.

Marketing emails

We send marketing emails only if you agreed. Every such email names us as the sender and has a one-click unsubscribe link.

Security

The store works over HTTPS, access to customer data is limited to the people who need it, and payments are processed by Stripe under its security standards. No method of transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

The store is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where data is processed

Our team and our service providers may process and store information in the United States and in other countries, with the protections described here.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version and the date of the last update are always on this page.
