1How much is shipping and how long does it take?
The shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay. Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after the order is packed; expedited is offered when it is available for your address. Details are on the Delivery and payment page.
Free standard shipping on orders from $44.00 with at least 2 items.
2Where do the orders ship from?
From our US warehouse. Orders are packed and sent through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, usually within 1–2 business days.
3How do I track my order?
When the parcel leaves the warehouse we email you the tracking number. It is also on your order page, which you can open from the link in the confirmation email.
4How can I pay?
By card on the secure Stripe payment page. Apple Pay and Google Pay work when your device supports them. Prices are in US dollars, and we never see or store your card details.
5Is sales tax added?
If sales tax applies to your order, it is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
6How do I choose the size of a mousepad or sleeves?
The size chart is on each product page. If you are unsure which size fits your setup, write to us and we will help.
7Can I change or cancel an order?
Orders go to the warehouse quickly, so write to us as soon as possible and we will do what we can before the parcel is packed.
