Delivery and payment

We ship orders across the United States from our US warehouse. Orders are packed and sent through Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves.

Shipping

• Standard shipping. Usually 3–5 business days after the order is packed.
• Expedited shipping. Usually 2 business days. It is offered at checkout when it is available for your address.

The shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay. We pack and hand over orders within 1–2 business days.

Free standard shipping on orders from $44.00 with at least 2 items.

When the parcel is handed to the carrier, the tracking number appears on your order page and in an email.

Payment

Pay online by card on the secure Stripe payment page. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available when your device supports them. Prices are in US dollars. We never see or store your card details.

If a payment does not go through, open your order page from the link in the confirmation email and try again.

Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

We can ship there when Amazon delivers to your address. Shipping to these regions is charged at Amazon's actual rate, shown at checkout before you pay; the free shipping offer does not apply, and expedited delivery is not available. If Amazon cannot deliver to your address, checkout tells you so: please check the address.
