It is not better than the Wallhack open palm sleeve, the stitching is a bit uncomfortable and against the mouse you can feel it a bit more. There is a lot of stitching around the thumb, and while it feels solid, the threading looks inconsistent across the seam of the web of my thumb. The material is not as soft and has a very marginal amount of friction, less than other cheaper sleeves that have different base materials, but very slightly more than the wallhack sleeve. Why does this sleeve get a 4 star then? It does the 95% of the job. The small/medium WH sleeve is made for people that have huge biceps, if you have skinny arms it doesn't work. This sleeve in small is TIGHT, but in the way an arm sleeve is supposed to be, if you have skinny arms this is the sleeve that will WORK for YOU. It is an actual functional arm sleeve for glass pads that is open palm for both mouse contact and basically zero push back elasticity from the palm area. I am a claw grip gamer, and finger adjustments feel smooth with this sleeve. The part that doesn't factor into the review is how it looks, but its a nice dorky art style, the red coloring looks nice, otherwise its just a lot of random stuff rofl, two girls, japanese text, a mask, and a dragon.

Seems like a pretty decent sleeve, the arm doesn't sweat, the print texture is good, the seams are reliable. Upon contact with the mouse pad (my mouse pad: Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended), tiny white threads start appearing from the fabric (that's how the seller explained it, saying it happens due to a rough or uneven surface).
